FAITH JONES, BASW
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES
In my role as an Administrative Client Care Specialist, I support the smooth operation of client interactions and make sure that each client’s needs are addressed efficiently. With a background in social work and administrative expertise, I aim to provide exceptional service and support to both our clients and our team. I handle client inquiries, manage appointments, assist with billing questions, and coordinate with insurance companies to confirm coverage details while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. I’m proud to be the friendly face in the office, and I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who visits our practice.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
I graduated in May 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. I have extensive experience in both direct service and administration, which has helped me develop a unique ability to navigate complex situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism. I’ve spent several years working in community service and completed internships at both the Wicomico County Department of Social Services and the Harford County Department of Social Services. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in direct patient care with my Certified Nursing Assistant license at the former Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. My background in medical terminology, patient documentation, and healthcare regulations has given me the ability to bridge clinical knowledge, administrative functions, and community-based services.
PERSONAL APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY
With my foundation in both nursing and social work, I believe in blending clinical expertise with empathy. I’m passionate about listening with intent and fostering an environment that supports both individual well-being and the efficiency of the organization. I view leadership as a collaborative effort where every team member’s perspective is valued. Through my experiences, I’ve learned that strong communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to patient-centered care are the pillars of an effective and cohesive team. I strive to lead by example, ensuring that all voices are heard and that decisions are made with integrity, compassion, and transparency.
BEYOND THE DESK
When I’m not in the office, I’m all about family. I’m a proud mom to my little boy, and I cherish making memories and spending quality time with him. When I’m not chasing after my little one or hanging out with family and friends, I enjoy traveling, baking, catching up on my favorite shows, and watching football with my fiancé.
