DOES YOUR OFFICE ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Yes! Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance benefit plan. We currently accept the following insurance plans, which vary by provider. Please visit the Our Team page to view specific provider profiles or call our office. If your specific plan is not listed, please contact us to inquire as many major insurance companies have smaller mental health carve outs. Please note that our providers do not accept any Medicaid insurance plans.

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER ALL SERVICES OFFERED?

To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier please reach out to your plan’s Member Services department.  The phone number can generally be found on the back of the insurance card. Helpful questions you can ask include the following. While this list may seem long, the answers will help determine if your services will be covered and what the client cost will be. 

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible for mental health services with my plan?

  • If I have a deductible for mental health services, how much is it and has it been met? Does my deductible reset on a calendar year or a contract year?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per session?

  • What is my copay or coinsurance amount per session?

  • Is preauthorization required? 

  • Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?

  • Does my insurance cover couples/marital and family therapy?

  • Does my insurance cover medication management?

  • Does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider

IF I PREFER NOT TO USE INSURANCE, WHAT IS YOUR SELF PAY RATE? 

Our self pay rates vary based on service received and provider type. Please contact our office via phone at 410-529-1309 to discuss rates. 

IS YOUR OFFICE ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, here at WLCC we are committed to being accessible. Our office is located on the ground floor with an exterior entrance. We offer ample parking  directly outside our suite. Our suite and parking lot are ADA accessible. Please contact our office if you have specific questions and we will be happy to assist you.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our office is open for in person sessions from 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 3pm on Saturdays. While our telehealth appointments follow the same general availability, your individual provider or our administrative team can give you specifics related to your clinician’s schedule. Each provider has their own schedule.
