ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Full-Time Administrator at Well Life, I am responsible for managing scheduling, medical records requests, medication management, and supporting overall operations. My organizational skills and attention to detail are essential in ensuring everything runs smoothly. I draw on my background in customer care to provide every client with a compassionate and supportive experience. I understand how important first impressions are, which is why I strive to make each client feel heard, comfortable, and valued from the very first contact.
EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND
With over 25 years of experience in customer care and 20 years in management, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping people and creating positive, caring environments. This passion led me to join the Well Life team, where I’m proud to contribute to our mission of supporting mental health and well-being.
ABOUT ME
I’m married and have two children. My daughter is currently in college studying Art Therapy, and my son is in elementary school. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, baking, and watching baking shows for inspiration. I’m also a big fan of Friends and Elf. During football season, I’m an avid supporter of the Baltimore Ravens.
