MEGAN STEINBECK, LMSW

EXPERIENCE

I offer a grounded, client-centered approach rooted in presence, curiosity, and collaboration. I’ve worked with adults, teens, couples, and families facing anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, disordered eating, and relationship challenges. My background includes trauma-informed care, yoga therapy, and holistic healing practices.

CURRENT TREATMENT FOCUS

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions. I also support highly sensitive and neurodivergent clients. My focus is on helping people reconnect with their strengths and move toward greater clarity and well-being.

TREATMENT APPROACH AND MODALITIES

My integrative style blends DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, yoga-informed and nature-informed therapy. I bring a calm, steady presence to the therapy space and believe healing begins with trust and connection. I’m committed to providing inclusive, affirming care that honors each person’s identity and lived experience. My approach integrates the mind, body, and nervous system to support deep, lasting change.

OUTSIDE OF SESSION

Outside of session, I value experiences that nourish creativity and connection — from live music and art to nature, travel, and meaningful time with family and friends.
