ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Administrative Assistant at Well Life, I am responsible for managing scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, basic billing support, and electronic health record management, while helping ensure smooth daily operations. I enjoy being a positive and supportive presence in the office, making sure each person is greeted with kindness and care.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

With over three years of experience in administrative and operations support across healthcare and corporate environments, I’ve developed a strong passion for helping people and creating organized, supportive environments. I have had the opportunity to contribute to organizations such as LifeHouse in mental and behavioral health and Emerge360 supporting Cisco, where I provided high-level support in scheduling, reporting, documentation, records administration, executive support, calendar and meeting management, and cross-functional coordination. I’m proud to be part of the Well Life team, which is dedicated to improving lives and making a positive impact every day.

BEYOND THE DESK

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I like going for walks, watching movies and shows, and cooking my favorite dishes.
